How does the free trial work?
When you upgrade to Coach Pro, you get 14 days completely free. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you'll never be billed.
How do athletes claim their profile?
The coach enables a player's public profile, which generates a unique claim code. The coach shares this code with the player or their parents. The player visits their profile link, enters the code, creates an account, and they're in. Their stats are automatically linked.
Can athletes edit their own profile?
Yes! Once an athlete claims their profile, they get their own login and can edit their bio, add highlight videos, update contact info, and manage their public profile. Stats are still tracked by the coach during games.
How do coach referral credits work?
Every player is linked to the coach who created their profile. When that player upgrades to Recruiting Pro, the coach automatically earns a credit toward their next subscription renewal. Credits accumulate and are applied at renewal time.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes — for both Coach and Athlete plans. Switch anytime from Settings. You'll get credit for any unused time on your current billing cycle.
Do you accept coupon codes?
Yes. Enter your coupon code during checkout on the Stripe payment page. Codes are applied automatically to your subscription.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays safe. Coaches revert to free plan limits. Athletes keep their basic profile but lose access to extended recruiting features until they re-subscribe.
